Once your technical support request has been completed and submitted, we will contact you within 2 business days.

Please DO NOT return any product until you have received authorisation from us.

Products will be tested for the above fault. If a fault is found and deemed to be a manufacturing fault, the product will be repaired. If not repairable, a like for like replacement will be issued.

If a repair is possible, we will try to update you with the estimated repair time.

Any fault which is not covered by the manufacturer warranty will be chargeable or returned without a repair.
